Stef and I managed another run today: 6miles or so along the Dales Way to Bolton Bridge, up to Haw Pike farm and back through the golf course below the Chalker wind-farm. John and his dogs Moss and Skye were with us and with another couple of runs planned before going back to work I'm starting to really enjoy getting out again
